The Directors of Brocktons

Susannah Kulincevic and Daniel Brammall have been the sole directors of Brocktons Independent Advisory since the company’s creation nearly 20 years ago.

In 2009 they co-founded the not-for-profit association The Profession of Independent Financial Advisers, and established The Gold Standard of IndependenceTM, the highest professional standard in financial advice.

In 2014 they established an organisation that trains and coaches independent financial advisers, Independent Financial Advisers Australia, which has successfully operated an Australian Financial Services Licence since its inception.

Over several decades of ‘in the trenches’ experience, Brocktons Independent Advisory’s unique client process has evolved and delivers the experience of accountable and transparent results for its small clientele, consistently and predictably. That unique framework is called The Independent Planning-for-Results Method.

In 2023, fuelled by a desire to make the benefits of this unique system available to everyone, Brocktons published the method under the title ‘Swimming with Sharks’ (available on Amazon).

In 2025, compelled to confront the fallacy that investment advisers claim to have some sort of magical market-predicting talent, Brocktons published a second book, ‘Shattering the Crystal Ball Myth’ (also available on Amazon).
